The Service Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily Service operations of the dealership in an effort to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, booking service appointments, cashing out customers, and will be trained on internal work orders. This position provides a fantastic training ground for candidates seeking to explore a Service Consultant position in the future.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-6:00 PM

Essential Skills / Details

  • Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
  • High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities
  • Dealership Parts and/or Service experience is an asset
  • Transportation to and from work is required as the location is not on a bus route
