Traffic Accident Services

MINI will reimburse you up to $500 for any of the combined following expenses: towing, vehicle rental, emergency transportation, and accomodation.3

Trip Interruption Benefits

For mechanical disablement covered by warranty, you may be eligible for reimbursement for out of pocket expenses. Should the incident occur within 100km of your residence, you may be eligible for up to $100 for commercial transportation (bus, train, taxi, etc.). Should the incident occur over 100km from your residence3, you may be eligible for a reimbursement for out of pocket expenses of up to $650 which include: transportation, vehicle rental, accommodation and return to repair site.

In the event of an accident, our Accident Management Specialists will notify police and emergency services, coordinate transportation for you and your passengers, and organize towing to the nearest MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre.

MINI Certified Collision Repair

Your MINI will be restored to its original safety specifications by specially-trained technicians in facilities equipped with MINI approved equipment.

One of the many benefits included in the Roadside Assistance program is MINI Accident Management. MINI Accident Management provides the following services:

  • 24/7 Hotline: 1-866-378-MINI (6464)
  • Access to an Accident Management Specialist
  • Notification of police and emergency services (as required)
  • Organization of towing services to the nearest MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre
  • Transportation of you and your passengers to a safe location
  • Notifying the MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre of incoming towing
  • All costs of towing to a MINI Certified Collision Repair Centre, Accident Reporting Centre and/or overnight storage facility (if applicable) are covered under the program
